PEACE WITH THE SYRIAN DICTATORSHIP

A Contradiction in terms. Dictatorship is Violence against the human being, and the environment. It is an arbitrary force. One who stands on the skulls of the many. The whims of a single lunatic individual at the top. A Hafez Assad who maintains "control" over the many, in Rivers of Blood.

Peace and Dictatorship are incompatible and illogical. Peace is not only a phenomenon between states, but also a humane contract between a state and its people, between people within a state. Peace is a higher degree of civilization. Societies where people exploit and oppress their fellow citizens or their neighbors, are not societies in peace. Social peace is a step towards the absolute.. a step towards God.

Peace is within one's Self, within, Peace with the family, at Work, with the Neighbors, with the Town, with the Country, with neighboring countries, Peace on Earth, Peace with Nature, Peace in the Cosmos.
The rewards of Peace can be measured and felt within the Soul of every creature. Peace is a light that soothes every nerve in every Being. Peace is a Love Dance! Peace is Freedom, Beauty, Creativity, Growth, DNA mutations, Randomness, but most of all Natural Love, Harmony! Peace is the Sound of the Wind Blowing through the Trees. Peace is Clouds and fog climbing the mountains, hugging the towns and trees with their Personal relationship.. and loneliness.. settling one inch below one lucky mountain town, giving it a Majestic Sunset over a Sea of Clouds. You will be tempted to "step" in and walk into the horizon towards the Sun. Peace is nature unspoiled. Peace is Love Birds flying the human borders with no fear of man's was machines. It is the day, when not one single canon shot is heard anywhere across this planet

Peace must mean National Sovereignty, Human Rights, Democracy, Personal Freedoms, Tolerance, Green Ecology, and Free Enterprise. Peace is religion, color, age, gender, national, and planetary origins BLINDNESS. Peace is to allow gracefully, and humbly accept, divergent opinions to be expressed and accepted.

What is this so-called peace negotiation conducted today at Shepherdstown between the Israeli Democracy and the Syrian Dictatorship which occupies Lebanon. We would like to offer President Clinton and the US administration this humble opinion; it will lead nowhere in the direction of a true peace and we reject any formula that fails too implement UN resolution 520 which requires the withdrawal of the Syrian occupation troops form our homeland. And do not bother to invite the puppet Syrian-appointed regime in Beirut, since you are already negotiating with Syrian. If you truly wish to invite Lebanon to the table, then our address is "Prime Minister Michel Aoun, Paris France". Anything short of a direct negotiation with our national leadership is solemnly rejected. As Madame Albright knows, Dictatorships are the anti-thesis of Peace. There has never been a treaty signed in this century between a democracy and a dictatorship that resulted in a lasting peace.

Dear America; Please give the people of the Middle East and humanity, a Genuine Peace. Start by recognizing the most important but ignored fact that Syria militarily occupies Lebanon. Any peace must account for, and remedy this injustice. We are only asking for a Peace within the ideals of the American Revolution. America has one of the greatest and most noble constitutions in the history of this planet. Why not practice it, and promote it as a standard for humanity as a whole. The founding fathers' spirit DOES apply to all Mankind. It is a shame to accommodate a bloody dictator like Assad at the expense of millions of oppressed souls in our homeland. Any negotiation that keeps Lebanon occupied by Syria, would be a peace of the wolves.

There will be no Peace in the Middle East without a Free Lebanon.
