ECONOMIC BOYCOTT OF SYRIA

Since the continuing conspiracy against Lebanon is being conducted mainly by the Syrian, Israeli, and American Troika. And because Lebanon's legitimate aspirations for Independence and Freedom are being ignored by the Troika. We therefore call, the 4 million Lebanese in Lebanon, as well the 15 million more Lebanese in the countries of Diaspora to start a TOTAL, systematic, and sustained boycott of all product and services made in the US, Syria, and Israel.
This would be our message to them that business cannot continue as usual. That we are fed up! They cannot continue to ignore our demands. We want our independence back. We DO NOT want Syrian hegemony. We want all occupation troops OUT!

For the Lebanese in Lebanon and the world:

· Do not hire Syrian workers.

· Do not engage in business with Syrian, Israeli, or American nationals.

· Do not buy Syrian vegetables, clothes, shoes, or any other Syrian product and services. Boycott everything made in Syria.

· If you live outside the United States then boycott all "made in the USA" and "made in Israel" product and services. If you live in the U.S. then make your outmost to buy non-American. Buy Italian, Japanese, Korean, anywhere but from the US.

· For 60 days starting September 1st, 1999; Pay no bills; electrical, water, or anything else. Do it all at once, together, spread the word. The whole country must refuse to pay utility bills at the same time. If we do it together, then it will work. They may be forced into collective punishment and that will expose to the world how a puppet government disconnects vital services to the people. Let the collaborator regime rotten. They have burdened us with 20 billion dollars in debt and they continue to slaughter our people; economically, spiritually, and socially.

· Insist that all the Hariri regime officials be investigated for corruption, theft of public funds, and violations of laws. Insist that all funds stolen from our people be returned. Refuse to do business with Hariri or anyone associated with the Mafiozo. Refuse donations from him because if you accept then you would have been a participant in the murder of Lebanon. Hariri gives you little, but takes away all your being, your conscience, and your soul. It is a pact with the devil.

· Withdraw your deposits from Syrian, Israeli, or American owned banks. Deposit them in banks owned by Japanese or any other nationality.

· Tune out from the Syrian-controlled Lebanese media; TV stations, radio, and the written press. Do not buy their newspapers. Remember, Mafiozo Rafiq Hariri owns 46% of An-Nahar, as well as controlling interest in most of the Lebanese Press. All the Lebanese media, including Hariri's, is controlled by the Syrian Intelligence. Do not give them your money.

· Boycott any election organized by the Puppet regime of Lahoud. No election under occupation. Elections under the Lahoud regime will be also a falsification of your will, Michel Murr and Ghazi Kanaan will make sure of that. Do not let them fool you with the new electoral law. They will make sure that whatever parliament emerges is subservient to Syria. The only election we will accept is after the withdrawal of the Syrian occupation troops, and the re-establishment of our independence.

· Boycott the local Lebanese puppet regime. Tune out from the local soap operas they conduct. Realize that their castle is made of paper and shall collapse on the first day of our revolution. Do not tolerate Salim Hoss because you disliked Hariri so much. Hoss is just another collaborator with the Syrian occupation. The whole political crowd is rotten. There is no opposition, only two faces of the same coin.

· Execute a national strike on Oct 13, 1999. Stay home. Send a devastating message to the Troika about your rejection of all occupations. Tell that that the dream shall never die!

If you are a member of the Lebanese armed forces

· Honor, Sacrifice, Loyalty to Lebanon comes before orders from the Syrian appointed puppet regime.

· Pray daily for the independence and freedom of Lebanon.

· Get ready for the Lebanese revolution, for the hour has neared.

· Do not point your weapons towards our young students and our people even when ordered by your commanders. They are puppets of puppets of puppets.

· Locate nearby Syrian targets and wait for the big day of Freedom.

If you are a student

· The hour of resurrection is very near.

· You are the conscience and main spirit of our revolution. You are our future. Remain strong.

· Keep you believes and ideals and avoid becoming cynical. Excel in your studies and daily life. Be an example of honesty, hard work, and pride.

· The Third Republic will be yours to build, defend, and manage.

The above simple suggestions will make a difference. Send a message to our oppressors and hit them where it hurts; their greedy materialistic interests. Their pocket book. If you refuse to employ Syrians then you will save Lebanon 4 billion dollars annually, the sum that the Syrian workers are transferring from Lebanon to Syria. Employ fellow Lebanese first, but if you must then employ workers from other nationalities but not Syrians.

People of Lebanon, Let the world know that you want a change. You reject slavery. We say No to Syria and its bloody dictatorship. No to the Syrian brainwashing. No to the Syrian occupation. No to collaboration. No to cooperation in a peace process that ignores our legitimate rights for sovereignty and independence.

Lebanon may be occupied, but we have not been beaten.
