Syria and Iran Again; Even when...?

Syria and Iran they are trying to turn to the Lebanon the battlefield of all the regional and international fights and kidnapping the democracy the country.
"In Lebanon the great majority of the citizens feels that the things are not under control... The new governmental authorities seem not to understand that the Lebanese parliament no longer is plus an apparatus to carry out the dictations of Syria. Now, when the Syria protectorate on the Lebanon has fallen (partially), the Lebanese government must defend the interests of the Lebaneses -"no others "- and be made responsible total by the defense of the Earth and its people. "The priorities of the Hezbollah would not have to be the National Security of the Lebanon, and not it Security of Syria and Iran ?"
The declaration of the Secretary General of the Hezbollah Sheik Naim Qasem being against to the unfolding of the army in the south is "absurd and ridiculous!!!". If Hezbollah maintains that army is acting together al, and that the paper of the resistance is the one to support al army, then by what is against al unfolds del army in the border? Why one is against the army being the first, unique one, and main person in charge by the security, which will implement a military program and a strategy dictated by the Lebanese central government? Are not these the fundamental principles in the democratic countries, in whose head the centralized governments lie who are under the monitoring of the authorities of the legislative one freely chosen?
I ask myself time and time again. So that Sheik Naim Qasem does not clarify what the arms of the resistance said on retaining even though Israel retires of the Shebaa Farms. Perhaps it is therefore by that Syria Prime minister - Mohamad Naji Atari- said that the question of the arms of Hezbollah is united directly to the question of national security of Syria. Is seen same Hezbullah if as the people in charge by the security of the Lebanon and acts according to a clear Lebanese policy orchestrated by the central government, or it does by express you order and a policy drawn up in Syria and Iran, which independently implement of the decisions of the government of the Lebanon and the will of the Lebanese people? Would not have the priorities of the Hezbollah to aim at the national security of the Lebanon, and not to Iranian the Syria security and?
The Hezbollah must act like a companion but in the Lebanese political life, and not like if it were a state in same himself.
This entails to a even clearer question. As it is the nature of the relations of the Hezbollah with Syria and Iran. They are the relations among them subject to the basic norms and regular principles of the relations between the independent sovereignty and countries... Or these relations omit fundamental norms and principles and act directly with political, religious, and ideological groups domestic, in other words, one sees if same the Hezbollah - in its relations with Syria and Iran and its contacts with them like independent of the policies of the Lebanese government and the will of the Lebanese people, or are subject to them... "the preservation of the resistance principle was maintained when all the Lebaneses said that the question of the arms of the Hezbollah is a Lebanese domestic subject that needs to be discussed in a round table, far from the foreign interventions and of the regional and international political blackmail. "This little clear position, still is valid and it does not seem that there is to be changed, and to such point is so some Deputies - as Walid Jumblatt and own Prime minister Siniora- maintained publicly that he is prohibited to change it. But in the same way, the Hezbollah must act like partner in the Lebanese political life, and not like an independent group that acts and continues the negotiations of the policies of the State independently, as if it were a state in itself. The party needs to understand that that is part of the central power and the Lebanese government, and not a dominion and government within the dominion and the power of the central government!!! .
"For these reasons, it is imperative that the government of Siniora assumes his responsibility totally and takes ahead and executes all the decisions and actions necessary to implement the policy that I declare he would take ahead opportunely, to defend the rights of the country and its citizens - all the citizens - to live without fears, with dignity and honor, and in individual to retain and to assure the outer support for the Lebanon being fortified his legitimacy and international support like government who is made call democratic". If this does not happen, non single Siniora will be lost the internal and external support; but that this time the Town of the Lebanon and the Diáspora will request to him that it renders accounts, and this will not have to happen in the long term; very on the contrary, the Lebaneses no longer we wished to return to last the thirty years that lived the country, and the confidence in the leader-political class, like thus also in the false and fraudulent "regional brotherhoods", lacks sustenance, the truth needs and they offend in the common sense and the intellect to us.

Nuevamente Siria e Irán; hasta cuando...?

Siria e Irán están intentando convertir al Líbano en el campo de batalla de todas las luchas regionales e internacionales y secuestrando la democracia en el país.
"En Líbano la gran mayoría de los ciudadanos sienten que las cosas no están bajo control… Las nuevas autoridades gubernamentales parecen no entender que el parlamento libanés ya no es más un aparato para llevar a cabo los dictados de Siria. La gente espera de este cuerpo medidas realmente nacionales y ha comprendido que ha llegado el tiempo de reclamar esto de su función- para salvaguardar la soberanía e independencia del Líbano, y recordarles, a aquellos que se han olvidado, que el Líbano no está desvalido y no necesita ninguna forma de protectorado. Así, el gobierno debería actuar de una manera transparente y adoptar una política clara, sin temor o enfrentar estos desafíos… y debería actuar para defender los derechos de la patria y de los ciudadanos...
"La crisis en la frontera Líbano-Siria es parte del (continuo) chantaje de Damasco hacia Beirut... Todo esto es además de la actual crisis entre Siria e Irán por una parte y los Estados Unidos por la otra. En este contexto, Siria e Irán están intentando convertir al Líbano en una plaza a esta crisis, además de la plaza iraquí.
"De tal modo, en la frontera Libanesa-Siria, a veces soplan “vientos fríos”, y otras veces 'vientos cálidos”, dependiendo de lo qué está sucediendo en Irak, y en el frente de la crisis nuclear entre Occidente e Irán. No hay ninguna duda de que el renovado esfuerzo por convertir al Líbano en una plaza para todo tipo de luchas regionales e internacionales constituye un peligro para el país. Igualmente, este sirve a los intereses de Israel, ya que Israel es el primer beneficiario del (intento) por dañar el establishment de un Líbano fuerte..."
“Porque Siria ha mantenido al Líbano a distancia en el despliegue de tropas en la frontera con Israel?"
"Así llegamos a la cuestión del despliegue del ejército libanés en la frontera con el enemigo israelí, no sólo como una aplicación de la Resolución 1614 del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU, sino también como un ejercicio de la función natural del ejército –protegiendo y defendiendo a su tierra y su pueblo, ya que no es natural que un ejército no se despliegue en las fronteras de su país.
"Por consiguiente, las necesidades del gobierno de Siniora necesitan tomar una posición clara sobre esta cuestión, en especial desde que el despliegue del ejército se ha convertido-ambos- en una exigencia libanesa e internacional. ¿No ha tomado el gobierno en sí mismo la obligación de implementar y honrar las resoluciones de la ONU?. Entonces este debe traducir esta obligación (en hechos), a menos que quiera que el Líbano pierda su apoyo internacional, además de perder la confianza de los propios libaneses.
"No creo traicionar ningún secreto si digo que es Siria la que ha impedido al Líbano desplegar su ejército en la frontera con Israel, para mantener el frente activo, y usarlo para presionar a los Estados Unidos, beneficiar a Siria en las relaciones con Washington, y señalar a Israel de que no puede haber negociación alguna (entre el Líbano e Israel) independientemente de Siria.
"Ahora, cuando el protectorado sirio sobre el Líbano ha caído (parcialmente), el gobierno libanés debe defender los intereses de los libaneses -“no otros”- y hacerse responsable total por la defensa de la tierra y de su pueblo. En primer lugar, debe tomar control del problema de los asuntos de seguridad en todos los lugares en la tierra libanesa, y especialmente en la frontera con Israel. Esto no debe ser visto como una defensa al estado israelí - tal como el Presidente Emile Lahoud ha clamado y aun sostiene -al parecer de acuerdo con los deseos del gobierno Sirio - sino más bien para defender la seguridad del Líbano y la integridad de sus tierras... No existe un solo libanés que ponga los intereses de su patria ante cualquier otro interés. Quién se habría opuesto al despliegue del ejército de su propio país a lo largo de la frontera con un país hostil?.
"No deberían las prioridades del Hezbollah ser la Seguridad Nacional del Líbano, y no la Seguridad de Siria e Irán?"
La declaración del Secretario General del Hezbollah Jeque Na'im Qasem oponiéndose al despliegue del ejército en el sur es "absurda y ridícula!!!". Si Hezbollah sostiene que está actuando junto al ejército, y que el papel de la resistencia es el de apoyar al ejército, entonces por qué se opone al despliegue del ejército en la frontera? ¿Por qué se opone al ejército siendo el primero, único, y principal responsable por la seguridad, el cual implementará un programa militar y una estrategia dictada por el gobierno central libanés? ¿No son estos los principios fundamentales en los países democráticos, en cuya cabeza yacen los gobiernos centralizados que están bajo la vigilancia de las autoridades del legislativo libremente elegidas?
Me pregunto una y otra vez. Por que el Jeque Na'im Qasem no clarifica lo que dijo sobre el retener las armas de la resistencia aun cuando Israel se retire de las Granjas Shebaa?. Quizás es por esta razón por la que el Primer Ministro sirio -Mohamad Naji Atari- dijo que la cuestión de las armas de Hezbollah está unida directamente a la cuestión de seguridad nacional de Siria. Se ve Hezbullah a si mismo como los responsables por la seguridad del Líbano y actúa según una clara política libanesa instrumentada por el gobierno central, o lo hace por expresas ordenes y por una política trazada en Siria e Irán, la cual implementa independientemente de las decisiones del gobierno del Líbano y la voluntad del pueblo libanés? ¿No deberían las prioridades del Hezbollah apuntar a la seguridad nacional del Líbano, y no a la seguridad Siria e Iraní?
El Hezbollah debe actuar como un compañero mas en la vida política libanesa, y no como si fuese un estado en sí mismo .
Esto conlleva a una pregunta aun más clara. ¿Cual es la naturaleza de las relaciones del Hezbollah con Siria e Irán?. Están las relaciones entre ellos sujetas a las normas básicas y principios regulares de las relaciones entre la soberanía y los países independientes?... O estas relaciones omiten normas fundamentales y principios y actúan directamente con grupos políticos, religiosos, e ideológicos domésticos?, en otros palabras, se ve a si mismo el Hezbollah -en sus relaciones con Siria e Irán y sus contactos con ellos- como independiente de las políticas del gobierno libanés y la voluntad del pueblo libanés, o está sujeto a ellas?... "La preservación del principio de resistencia fue mantenido cuando todos los libaneses dijeron que la cuestión de las armas del Hezbollah es un asunto doméstico libanés que necesita ser discutido en una mesa redonda, lejos de las intervenciones extranjeras y del chantaje político regional e internacional. "Esta posición poco clara, todavía es válida y no parece que haya de ser cambiada, y a tal punto es así que algunos Diputados -como Walid Jumblatt y el propio Primer Ministro Siniora- sostuvieron públicamente que está prohibido cambiarla. Pero de la misma manera, el Hezbollah debe actuar como socio en la vida política libanesa, y no como un grupo independiente que actúa y continúa las negociaciones independientemente de las políticas del Estado, tal como si fuese un estado en sí mismo. El partido necesita entender que eso es parte del poder central y del gobierno libanés, y no un dominio y gobierno dentro del dominio y el poder del gobierno central!!! .
"Por estas razones, es imperativo que el gobierno de Siniora asuma plenamente su responsabilidad y lleve adelante y ejecute todas las decisiones y acciones necesarias para implementar la política que declaro llevaría adelante oportunamente, para defender los derechos del país y de sus ciudadanos -todos los ciudadanos - para vivir sin temores, con dignidad y honor, y en particular para retener y asegurar el apoyo exterior para el Líbano fortaleciendo su legitimidad y apoyo internacional como gobierno que se hace llamar democrático". Si esto no sucede, no solo Siniora habrá perdido el soporte interno y externo; sino que esta vez el Pueblo del Líbano y la Diáspora le pedirán que rinda cuentas, y esto no habrá de suceder en el largo plazo; muy por el contrario, los libaneses ya no deseamos volver a los últimos treinta años que se vivieron el país, y la confianza en la clase dirigente-política, como así también en las falsas y fraudulentas “hermandades regionales”, carece de sustento, faltan a la verdad y nos agravian en el sentido común y el intelecto .
